Our story

A family recipe.A brother’s legacy.

Family, tradition, and Milwaukee roots.

Born from a recipe passed down and refined by our dad and family over the years, Theo’s Greek Chicken Spice became a staple of our Greek Easter celebrations—what we affectionately call “Greaster.” Long before there was a bottle or a label, this flavor was part of our family tradition.

Growing up in a Greek family in Milwaukee, my brother and I took part in those traditions from an early age. As young boys, we spent hours at Greek Fest seasoning chickens before they went onto the open spits to roast. Those memories are part of what makes this journey so personal.

I founded Theo’s Spice Co. in honor of my late brother—a way to carry his name and memory forward through something rooted in our family and Greek heritage. Our first blend brings a tradition close to our hearts to your table, with old-world Greek flavor and Milwaukee roots.
