How we handle your information

TheosSpice.com is run by Theo’s Spice Company. Questions about this notice or your information can go to Nick@TheosSpice.com.

When you sign up for updates, we collect:

• your email address;
• the date and time you agreed to receive emails, and the exact wording you agreed to;
• where you signed up (this website); and
• whether you are currently subscribed or unsubscribed.

When you check the consent box and submit the form, you join our list immediately. No email confirmation is required.

We’ll email you about launches, product availability, events, and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address with an unsubscribed status so that we don’t email you again.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. They are delivered to our inbox so we can reply to you. We don’t add contact form senders to our email list.

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site. To prevent spam, our forms use a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time to limit repeated submissions.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies.

We rely on these providers to run the site and send email on our behalf:

• Resend sends our emails and stores our subscriber list. We use the same service account as Material Integrity Advisors, with separate Theo’s email preferences. Signing up here does not subscribe you to Material Integrity Advisors emails.
• Vercel hosts this website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email Nick@TheosSpice.com.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
